We’ve been lucky enough to work with a number of different government agencies since Fearless was founded 8 years ago, and we’re happy to announce that we’ve been awarded a prime contract to support the Department of Defense. Over the past several years, DoD has been embracing innovative software development projects, including Code.mil, a collaborative open source initiative, and DARPA’s recent Cyber Grand Challenge to discover software bugs and improve cybersecurity.
We’re looking forward to helping DoD further their modern software development goals, and by taking the knowledge we’ve gained from years of lean, agile development and DevOps and cloud engineering, we will help improve DoD efficiency.
As John Foster, Fearless’ Partner and Programs Manager says, “this contract is a great opportunity to bridge the gap between traditional procurement services and new agile digital services within the DoD.”
Fearless has always placed an emphasis on completing projects that have a civic impact, and we’re proud to have the opportunity to use our agile principles to help DoD keep our nation and our troops secure.
